EXHIBITOR AREA

Thank you for choosing to trade at the Great British Land Rover Show.  Please remember a few very important things: 

- Full payment is required before setting up at the show.  If this will be a problem please contact us in advance of the Show.

- As per our Exhibitor Terms & Conditions found on How to Exhibit (gblandrovershow.co.uk), any cancellations or no shows within 3 months prior to the show, your stand cost will still be payable in full.

- Under no circumstances may exhibitors move vehicles when Show Visitors are still in the Exhibitor Trade areas of the show.  We appreciate you will be keen to get home and some of you have long journeys but our Event Insurance is invalidated by exhibitor vehicles moving before the show closes each day.  Exhibitors who do not respect this rule may not be permitted to exhibit at future events.

- It is a requirement under the Health & Safety at Work Act that you must be in possession of a copy of your own Health & Safety Policy, a Risk Assessment and certificate of Liability Insurance and those of your contractors excluding those appointed by the Organisers. These documents may be requested during the exhibition.

PLEASE BRING AND WEAR HI-VIZ VESTS FOR SET UP AS THESE MUST BE WORN AS PER NAEC STONELEIGH’S RULES AND WE ARE CHARGED TO HIRE THEM ON YOUR BEHALF IF YOU DO NOT ENSURE ALL STAFF MEMBERS HAVE THEM – YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED INTO THE HALLS TO SETUP WITHOUT ONE. THANK YOU

If you intend to stay at the venue overnight (THERE IS NO OFFICIAL CAMPING AT NAEC STONELEIGH) you MUST advise the Show Organisers of this in advance of doing so at sarah.moss@assignment-media.co.uk so that security are aware.
